Mobile Com is the EXSPEEDITE layer for fleet ELDs, driver mapping, GPS freshness, and geofence arrive and depart. It does not replace Samsara, Motive, or the CheckPoint app. It makes those feeds useful without another portal tab for every check call.

What dispatch can answer
Which loads have current GPS. Which tractors are mapped. Which locations are stale. Which geofence event updated a stop. Which connection is failing. HOS clocks sit under Operations when the ELD is on.
What stays in the vendor portal
Native HOS edits, DVIR forms, and driver-app settings stay with Samsara or Motive. EXSPEEDITE focuses on visibility, matching, exceptions, status automation, and audit notes.
PeopleNet and Qualcomm remain on the legacy mobile list. Other ELD connections exist where the office is set up for them. Every vendor setup asks company, office, credentials, then mapping.
