1. Absolute Carrier Data Ownership

Exspeedite LLC strictly adheres to a single foundational rule: Your freight data is yours alone. We never monetize, aggregate, sell, or license carrier rate matrices, shipper customer lists, driver payroll figures, or telematics GPS coordinates to outside freight brokers, load boards, financial institutions, or speculative AI training models.

2. Information We Collect & Process

In operating our enterprise Transportation Management System (TMS), CheckPoint tracking system, and Pipeline portals, we process:

• Operational Load Data: Bills of lading, dispatch instructions, origin/destination facilities, equipment assignments, and electronic rate confirmations.
• Telematics & Location Telemetry: High-frequency GPS breadcrumbs and geofence events collected via integrated ELD systems (Samsara, Motive, Geotab) or CheckPoint cellular web tracking links.
• Driver & Settlement Records: Pay rates, mileage splits, stop-off compensation, and safety qualification file dates required for payroll processing and 49 CFR compliance.
• Accounting Ledgers: Invoicing batches, fuel card transactions (Comdata, WEX, EFS), and general ledger synchronization data (Sage Intacct, QuickBooks).

3. Data Security & Storage Architecture

All data is encrypted in transit using modern TLS 1.3 cryptographic protocols and encrypted at rest utilizing AES-256 standard encryption. Each tenant operates with isolated logical partition security to guarantee zero data bleed across accounts.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Data is shared strictly with third-party service providers authorized by the motor carrier tenant (such as EDI value-added networks, ELD telematics partners, accounting software, and factoring companies). We execute strict confidentiality agreements with all infrastructure partners.
