Terms of Service

Last Updated: October 2026. Governing access to Exspeedite TMS, CheckPoint tracking, Pipeline portals, and REST API services.

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or utilizing software, APIs, customer portals, or tracking infrastructure provided by Exspeedite LLC or parent company Strong Tower Consulting, LLC ("Exspeedite"), motor carrier clients, brokers, shippers, and users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Software Licensing & Platform Access

Exspeedite grants authorized subscribers a non-exclusive, non-transferable, commercial license to access the cloud-hosted TMS platform. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of staff login credentials and role-based permissions.

3. Service Availability & SLA

Exspeedite maintains an enterprise service level objective of 99.99% system uptime across production database clusters and dispatch grids, backed by automated multi-datacenter edge routing. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance and conducted during off-peak weekend hours.

4. Acceptable Use & API Integrity

Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or submit malicious payloads to Exspeedite endpoints. Automated API tendering and webhook integrations must comply with standard HTTP rate limits and authentication tokens.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
