01

Run-Dry Thermal Protection

Progressive cavity pumps rely on emulsion for lubrication. If run dry, stator friction heats the elastomer rapidly. If internal temps cross 190°F (88°C), trapped ammonium nitrate can decompose. Automatic thermistor probes shut down the PTO if temps exceed 180°F.

02

Deadhead Pressure Relief

Pumping against a closed valve causes hydraulic shock and rapid energy input into the matrix. Pumping skids must incorporate spring-loaded rupture discs or hydraulic bypass loops discharging back into the tanker dome to prevent confinement overpressure.

03

Mine-Site Delivery Automation

Exspeedite mobile app captures Coriolis flow meter totalizers, gross/tare scale tickets, and MSHA mine representative electronic signatures on the driver tablet, invoicing the customer in under 60 seconds.

Automate Bulk ANFO Delivery & Mine Billing in Exspeedite TMS

Eliminate paper scale tickets and missing delivery weight disputes. Connect truck pumping telemetry, gross/tare weights, and automatic fuel surcharge invoicing in one specialized platform.
