How EXSPEEDITE rates a tariff

Loaded miles select the band, and the linehaul is never allowed to drop below the minimum charge. The fuel surcharge counts how many full steps the current DOE diesel average sits above your base peg, then applies the per-step rate to every loaded mile. Stop-offs, detention, and flat accessorials are added on top, so the freight bill matches the tariff exactly without a clerk re-keying anything.

Every Monday EXSPEEDITE pulls the newly published DOE diesel average and updates fuel surcharges on active customer contracts. Approved freight bills then batch into QuickBooks Online or Sage Intacct with proof of delivery attached.
