Fusible Alloy Core Mechanics

CG-4 and CG-5 combination devices utilize a eutectic bismuth-lead-tin-cadmium alloy plug supporting a calibrated metallic rupture disc. If ambient external fire reaches 212°F (100°C), the alloy melts into an extrusion chamber, freeing the disc to burst.

02

Vertical Discharge Stacks

Hydrogen is 14.4 times lighter than air with an ultra-rapid diffusion coefficient (0.61 cm²/s). CGA guidelines mandate all PRD lines terminate in upward-pointing vertical vent pipes equipped with weather flappers and rain drains to prevent vapor pooling.

TMS Real-Time Telemetry

Exspeedite TMS connects directly with IoT pressure transducers and thermal sensor arrays on high-pressure trailers. Dynamic alerts notify dispatch and carrier safety teams immediately if cylinder pressure spikes anomalously while in transit.
