01

Static Dissipation Path

High-velocity gas flow generates electrostatic charge on piping. Drivers must attach dual copper alloy grounding clamps to designated chassis grounding studs and facility earth rods before touching manifold dust plugs.

02

Pyrophoric Silane Cross-Purge

Silane ignites instantaneously on contact with air. Decanting manifolds require automated 5-cycle vacuum/N2 pulse purging to ensure not a single trace of oxygen or moisture remains in the pigtail before opening the trailer master cylinder valves.

03

Positive Heel Retention (25 PSI)

Trailers returned at zero gauge pressure are classified as contaminated under CGA rules, requiring expensive re-baking and re-certification. Exspeedite enforces minimum 25 PSIG residual pressure validation prior to trailer release.

Automate Specialty Gas Pre-Trip & Purge Audits in Exspeedite TMS

Eliminate contaminated cylinder returns and maintain audit-proof CGA compliance logs. Driver mobile check-in validates ground resistance and manifold pressure readings before releasing trip paperwork.
