Kosher & Food-Grade Tanker Washout Inspection & Seal Audit
Eliminate rejected milk, juice, edible oil, and liquid sugar loads. Automate prior-3-loads verification, rabbinical Kosher wash validation, ATP swab bioluminescence logging, and tamper-evident serial seal compliance.
01 Sanitary Food-Grade Tanker Standards & Prior-Load Governance
Bulk liquid food-grade transportation represents one of the most liability-intensive sectors in freight logistics. Under the FDA Sanitary Transportation of Human and Animal Food Rule (21 CFR Part 1, Subpart O) and Juice Products Association (JPA) guidelines, food-grade stainless steel tankers (DOT 407 / sanitary insulated) must maintain an unbroken chain of cleanliness. A single load of non-kosher tallow, animal fat, or unapproved allergen carried in the prior three trips can permanently disqualify a tanker from certified dairy, juice, or edible oil hauling.
Furthermore, major food shippers—such as dairy processors, beverage bottlers, and confectioners—require verified wash certificates confirming specific wash types: Type 1 (detergent wash and potable water rinse), Type 2 (caustic CIP wash, acid neutralization, and sanitizing rinse), or Type 3 / Kosher Upgrade (high-pressure 180°F wash followed by a minimum of 15 to 20 minutes of continuous live steam at 212°F or higher, administered under certified rabbinical supervision).
Warm potable water pre-rinse, food-grade detergent cycle, high-pressure rinse, and ambient blow dry. Required between compatible light liquids (e.g. juices or corn syrup).
Hot caustic soda (NaOH) cycle at 160°F+ to strip organic fats, potable rinse, nitric/phosphoric acid wash to strip mineral scale, followed by EPA-registered sanitizer.
Complete chemical degrease, 24-hour idle period (ain ben yomo), followed by continuous 212°F live steam until all surface condensation purges clean under rabbinic seal.

Simulate your tanker dispatch scenario. Select prior loads, intended product, and wash telemetry to determine carrier eligibility, required wash type, and seal compliance.
03 4-Stage Food-Grade Chain of Custody & Sanitization Workflow
Exspeedite automatically checks previous carrier bills of lading, verifying no non-kosher, allergen, or chemical payloads exist in the 3 previous hauls.
Tanker undergoes certified automated rotary CIP wash. System captures wash-ticket time, temp graphs (≥180°F), and rabbinical stamp.
Wash technician swabs rear outlet valve and internal baffle seams. RLU reading uploaded with photo directly to the electronic shipment record.
Tamper-evident cable seals applied to manway, pump cabinet, and discharge valves. Barcode scans push real-time seal numbers to the shipper gate portal.
