Move from an available load to a documented settlement
Your brokerage board should help the team cover freight and preserve the agreement behind the move. EXSPEEDITE TMS brings the Hot Board, email confirmations, CheckPoint mobile tracking, customer rating, carrier settlement and document imaging into the same evaluation.
For a broker, a useful demonstration follows a single load through the exception that creates the most work: a revised rate, missing POD, delayed location update or disputed carrier charge. The system should make the current commitment and its supporting evidence clear before another external action is taken.
Cover the load without losing the commercial record
A fast confirmation is valuable when it reflects the approved shipment, carrier and amount. The product baseline includes one-click email confirmation; the walkthrough should show recipient selection, approved terms and the record retained after sending. A changed rate needs a clear revision path so the parties can identify the operative agreement.
CheckPoint supplies the mobile-tracking part of the product ecosystem. Evaluate invitation, consent, device behavior, update freshness and fallback communication using an authorized test. A tracking link is not a guarantee of continuous coverage, and a missing update should not be disguised as a current location.
Follow one brokered shipment end to end
- Capture the customer order and proposed commercial terms. Preserve lane, appointment and service requirements.
- Work the load through the Hot Board and the carrier-selection process. Keep required carrier qualification review with its responsible owner.
- Issue the approved confirmation and retain the agreement record. Show how a later revision is identified.
- Initiate the appropriate CheckPoint tracking workflow and inspect update status, consent and exception handling.
- Associate BOL, POD and other supporting documents with customer billing and carrier settlement review.
- Reconcile the approved invoice and payment-related accounting handoff to the shipment, including any correction.
Payment terms should be explicit before money moves
QuickPay and factoring can change fees, remittance instructions, assignment notices and approval responsibilities. Treat them as a defined financial workflow, not a marketing synonym for issuing a settlement. This page does not promise automatic factoring execution or a particular funding arrangement.
If your operation needs QuickPay or factor handoffs, bring the actual agreement and accounting requirements. Define which party approves payment, verifies instructions, handles a change and reconciles the result. Require the proposed integration to demonstrate those cases before it enters a production scope.
Demonstrate margin with the right evidence
A customer amount minus a carrier amount is only a starting point. Include approved accessorials, adjustments and relevant variable charges when reviewing shipment contribution. Retain the basis for a revised amount so the controller can explain why the margin changed.

Questions from brokerage teams
Does EXSPEEDITE include a Hot Board?
The product baseline includes a brokerage Hot Board and one-click email confirmation. Demonstrate your required fields, approval step, recipient handling and revision path rather than evaluating the board only as a visual list.
Does a CheckPoint link require continuous device coverage?
Tracking depends on the configured workflow, consent, device and connectivity. Confirm supported behavior and fallback communication in the demonstration. The interface should distinguish current, stale and missing observations.
Is QuickPay or factoring automatically executed?
No universal automatic-funding capability is promised here. Define the agreement, approval, fee, remittance verification and integration requirements. Confirm the actual implementation before relying on a payment workflow.
Can customer invoices and carrier settlements use the same documents?
Demonstrate how each document is associated with the shipment and which review it supports. Customer billing and carrier settlement may have different conditions; a document's presence should not erase an unresolved exception.
What happens when a confirmation changes?
The evaluation should show a distinct revision and the approved terms associated with it. Ask how the system retains prior records and communicates the operative agreement to the correct parties.
What should finance test?
Test the approved amount, accessorials, adjustment, supporting document and accounting reconciliation. Include an unknown remote outcome so a retry cannot silently create a duplicate financial action.
