Carrier-funded. Architect-led.Built around freight operations

One operating record.
From first load to final ledger.

Connect dispatch, brokerage, intermodal, driver pay and accounting with EXSPEEDITE TMS. Start with the workflow your team has to reconstruct today, then make the required behavior visible in a focused demonstration.

For owners, CFOs and operating leaders evaluating the next stage of a 20–300 truck operation. A fleet-size range describes evaluation context, not a promised result.

The operating system conversation

Follow the work across nine connected suites.

A feature checklist starts the conversation. Your order, exception and approved financial answer determine the demonstration.

Operating workflow preview

Operations and Fast Dispatch

Connect city cartage, crossdock-floor work, office transfers, pallet tracking and OS&D to the commercial shipment. Evaluate the exception your team most often has to reconstruct.

  1. Capture the order and operating requirements.
  2. Assign work and preserve the relevant terminal or handling-unit context.
  3. Follow a correction into documents, billing and settlement.

Use your actual configuration and approved example to establish fit. This preview is not a live operational feed.

Operating workflow preview

Brokerage Board and Automated Visibility

Work the Hot Board, issue the approved email confirmation and connect the shipment to CheckPoint mobile tracking. Confirm consent, update freshness and the revision path in the proposed configuration.

  1. Review the carrier and approved commercial terms.
  2. Issue the confirmation and initiate the appropriate tracking workflow.
  3. Associate delivery evidence with customer and carrier review.

Use your actual configuration and approved example to establish fit. This preview is not a live operational feed.

Operating workflow preview

Intermodal, Drayage and Container Logistics

Use gate-move TIR records, Drayage Watch and configured Last Free Day/per-diem rules in an operating record that preserves source events and review responsibility.

  1. Identify the container, source availability and applicable agreement.
  2. Review the rule, calendar and planned gate movement.
  3. Reconcile return evidence and any proposed charge or dispute package.

Use your actual configuration and approved example to establish fit. This preview is not a live operational feed.

Operating workflow preview

Fleet Telematics and HOS Context

The owner-supplied integration baseline includes Samsara, Motive, Geotab and RoadReady. Validate your actual account, identity mapping and required observations before relying on a configured dispatch display.

  1. Match driver and equipment identities to the source.
  2. Expose stale observations, missing history and reassignment.
  3. Retain the operator’s appropriate review and escalation path.

Use your actual configuration and approved example to establish fit. This preview is not a live operational feed.

Operating workflow preview

Dynamic Rating, FSC and Invoicing

Evaluate multi-matrix tariffs, weekly DOE fuel-index context, document-supported billing and direct QuickBooks Online or Sage Intacct synchronization using a controller-approved example.

  1. Select the agreement, effective period and calculation inputs.
  2. Inspect the charge and document basis before release.
  3. Reconcile the accounting result and an intentional correction.

Use your actual configuration and approved example to establish fit. This preview is not a live operational feed.

Operating workflow preview

Driver Settlements and Payroll

Demonstrate loaded/empty splits, percentage, hourly and stop pay plus recurring escrow or lease deductions. The expected result should come from the approved pay agreement.

  1. Associate work and the applicable pay rule.
  2. Review the proposed statement, deductions and exceptions.
  3. Issue the approved record and demonstrate an adjustment.

Use your actual configuration and approved example to establish fit. This preview is not a live operational feed.

Operating workflow preview

Safety, Fleet Maintenance and IFTA

Bring the Fleet Maintenance Hub, inspection and DVIR workflows into the evaluation alongside multi-jurisdiction fuel-tax records. Software supports the record; it does not replace applicable operating responsibilities.

  1. Identify the vehicle, maintenance or jurisdiction evidence.
  2. Review missing records and the responsible next action.
  3. Demonstrate the approved export, reconciliation or operating handoff.

Use your actual configuration and approved example to establish fit. This preview is not a live operational feed.

Operating workflow preview

Freight-Native CRM and Pipeline

Connect deal-stage Kanban, multi-lane RFQ quotation and historical lane-rate context to the work operations must execute. CheckPoint and Pipeline are platforms operated under Exspeedite.

  1. Capture the actual customer and lane requirements.
  2. Review the quotation and commercial approval.
  3. Trace the accepted commitment into the operating workflow.

Use your actual configuration and approved example to establish fit. This preview is not a live operational feed.

Operating workflow preview

Document Imaging and EDI

Associate BOL/POD imaging and sharing with the shipment. Evaluate the required 204, 990, 214, 997 and 322 partner workflows, including duplicates, revisions and acknowledgment meaning.

  1. Retain the document or message identity and source.
  2. Validate the partner mapping and required business response.
  3. Reconcile corrections and failed or unknown outcomes.

Use your actual configuration and approved example to establish fit. This preview is not a live operational feed.

Five operating models + a TCO worksheet

Build the business case from your own numbers.

Keep released working capital separate from profit, and staff capacity separate from cash. These local calculations send no inputs to a server.

Scenario result

Enter your figures to begin.

Do not add these models together without reviewing overlap and allocating shared costs once. TCO uses buyer-entered costs; no unknown vendor quote is silently set to zero.

Evidence before commitment

A demonstration your operations and finance teams can evaluate together.

Bring one redacted order, a rate agreement, a pay rule or a difficult accounting handoff. We will identify the source facts, exception owner and expected result before discussing the implementation scope.

For a migration, review export rights, reconciliation, a scoped rehearsal, parallel-operation responsibilities and rollback criteria. A complete demonstration includes a correction and a failure path.

What to establish in the review

  1. The operating problem and measurable baseline.
  2. The actual integrations and edition needed.
  3. The approved expected financial result.
  4. The migration, support and ownership boundary.
  5. The next acceptance test and accountable owner.

Questions before the walkthrough

Is this a replacement for our current ELD?

Not necessarily. The evaluation can retain useful telematics and validate the required commercial and operating handoffs around it.

Are the calculator results promised savings?

No. They are buyer-entered planning scenarios. Examples are labeled illustrative, and the models separate working capital, capacity and recurring economic benefit.

Does a demo commit us to a migration?

No. Start with a redacted operating example and expected result. Define fit, cost, migration boundaries and acceptance evidence before any implementation commitment.

Can we evaluate QuickBooks Online or Sage Intacct synchronization?

Yes. Bring the required record types, entity or dimension mapping, approval and correction example. Demonstrate the exact configured accounting boundary before production reliance.

What should we submit through this form?

Business contact details, fleet context and a short workflow description. Do not submit credentials, driver personal information or confidential shipment documents. A requested time is confirmed separately.
