Keep the load, the driver and the invoice moving together
Your fleet can add trucks faster than the office can absorb another spreadsheet. EXSPEEDITE TMS connects dispatch, rating, driver settlements, document imaging and accounting synchronization so the operating record follows the shipment instead of being rebuilt by each department.
For a dry van or dedicated carrier, the useful demonstration is your own recurring lane, customer tariff and driver pay agreement. See how an accepted order becomes an assignment, how delivery evidence reaches billing, and how a correction is reviewed after the first calculation. Start with the handoff that creates the most work in your operation.
A dispatch board is only the beginning
A dedicated commitment can look simple until equipment changes, an appointment moves or a driver is reassigned. Your team needs the commercial order and the actual execution to remain connected. Fast Dispatch sits alongside rating, document imaging and settlement workflows, giving the evaluation a complete order-to-cash boundary.
Keep your current telematics investment in the conversation. EXSPEEDITE's integration scope includes Samsara, Motive, Geotab and RoadReady. The walkthrough should use your authorized account, driver identities and available observations. Confirm update freshness and missing-data behavior before treating a displayed HOS clock as a basis for dispatch. A software display does not replace the driver's and carrier's applicable responsibilities.
Follow one dedicated load through the operating day
- Capture the customer order and its lane, equipment and appointment requirements. Identify changes that need dispatcher review.
- Assign the driver and equipment in Fast Dispatch. Reconcile the assignment with the relevant telematics identities and current observations.
- Apply the approved tariff, fuel reference and accessorial rules. Inspect the selected inputs and calculation rather than only the final amount.
- Associate BOL and POD imaging with the shipment. Identify missing or disputed evidence before the invoice is released.
- Calculate the agreed loaded/empty, percentage, hourly or stop-based pay items and recurring deductions. Review the statement and any adjustment.
- Demonstrate the configured QuickBooks Online or Sage Intacct synchronization and reconcile the accounting result to the operating record.
Make the buying decision with operating evidence
Bring a redacted week of orders, one difficult rate agreement and one settlement example. Ask your controller to define the expected financial answer. Ask dispatch to identify the exceptions that require a person. The evaluation should show those cases as well as the easy ones.
Measure elapsed time from usable delivery evidence to invoice readiness, handling minutes per settlement and the number of unresolved records. Those are your baseline measures, not promised EXSPEEDITE results. A successful pilot demonstrates the required behavior and provides enough evidence to estimate the business case without assuming headcount reduction.
Start with the work your team repeats every day
Request a carrier workflow review with Scott Elliott. Tell us your fleet size, ELD platform, accounting system and the handoff you most want to simplify. The next step is a scoped demonstration and migration discussion, not a commitment to replace a working system before the fit is established.
Questions from dry van and dedicated carriers
Can we keep our current ELD provider?
EXSPEEDITE's integration scope includes Samsara, Motive, Geotab and RoadReady. Confirm your account permissions, product edition, driver mapping and required event coverage in the demonstration. Retaining useful telematics can be part of the proposed design.
Can we use different driver pay arrangements?
The product baseline includes loaded/empty splits, percentage, hourly and stop pay plus recurring deductions. Bring the actual agreement and a correction example so your team can approve the expected statement and accounting treatment.
Does faster billing mean a guaranteed DSO reduction?
No. Invoice readiness is one part of the collection cycle. Customer terms, disputes, acceptance and payment behavior also matter. The economic tool separates a proposed DSO change from the financing value of released working capital.
Can a 30-truck fleet evaluate this without a large project?
Start with one representative operating path and its required integrations. Fleet size alone does not define fit. The scope, staffing, implementation effort and total cost should be proportionate to the work you need to improve.
What should we bring to a demo?
A redacted order, tariff, driver pay agreement, delivery document and a description of your accounting handoff are useful. Do not send driver personal information or credentials through the public inquiry form.
