IFTA
Fuel and miles per state, ready before the deadline.
IFTA is not the favorite quarterly chore. EXSPEEDITE keeps rates current for every jurisdiction, every quarter, tracks rate history, and reports per truck, per month, or per quarter. The point is fewer penalties, not prettier excuses.
What the IFTA module does
See fuel and miles per state with graphs the office can actually use. Import fuel mileage. Generate fuel purchases. Download fuel transactions for review. Match the IFTA form to the jurisdiction, including non-abbreviated names. Built-in PC*Miler. Unlimited reports. Convert units across borders. Import fuel card data. Upload bulk fuel. Correct missing dates or unit info before you file.
Rate updates are automatic. History stays so you can compare quarters. Access is any device that reaches the cloud product. Motive can import IFTA trip records (jurisdiction, dates, distance, odometer) into the same fuel and IFTA tools.
Why it lives in the TMS
Dispatch already knows the lane. Fuel cards already know the gallons. IFTA should not be a third system you rebuild by hand in the last three days of the quarter. The live IFTA page said filings that used to take days can be minutes when the data is already in EXSPEEDITE. Call and walk through it. Ask for the other features the shop needs. They are usually already in the library.
