3-Point Iso-Static Grouping

Hydraulic suspension cylinders are grouped into a triangular hydraulic 3-point configuration (one front virtual apex, two rear lateral circuits). This ensures equal wheel loading regardless of road camber, eliminating dangerous chassis frame torsional flexing.

02

7.0° Dynamic Safety Rule

European and North American heavy transport associations mandate that the combined dynamic tipping angle under maximum centrifugal cornering and design crosswinds must not fall below 7.0 degrees. Anything less requires wide-track dual-lane configurations.

03

Wind Overturning Moment

A 45-meter long, 6-meter diameter reactor presents over 270 square meters of sail area. A 30-knot wind gust applies over 120 kN of lateral overturning force at a 5.3m lever arm, directly reducing the effective tipping angle by 1.8 to 2.5 degrees.
