By maintaining static pressure at or above +0.05 inches water gauge (12.5 Pa), any door seam or cable feedthrough breach forces clean air outward, blocking road grit, diesel soot, and dust from entering.
Air is passed through ceiling-mounted HEPA fan filter units (FFUs) down over the payload at uniform velocities (70 - 90 FPM), carrying stray particles down into low-wall return plenums.
Laser diode particle counters continuously sample air at 0.1 CFM, logging 0.3 µm and 0.5 µm counts directly into Exspeedite TMS to provide an unalterable chain-of-cleanliness certificate.
