Truckload / FTL
Entire trailer-loads. One operating record.
A truckload carrier contracts the entire trailer, full truckload / FTL, usually for a single customer. EXSPEEDITE is the fleet and dispatch system for that work: create FTL loads, see which drivers are available, generate invoices, and take EDI 204 tenders into pending orders.
From dispatch to the books
Enter dispatch in EXSPEEDITE, then send the finished invoice to QuickBooks or Sage, including line items, client lists, and expenses. Drivers and carriers travel with that same integration. Data can move through custom mapping to carriers, shippers, and consignees as EDI documents.
EDI the truckload desk uses
204 inbound is an electronic order from a shipper. EXSPEEDITE receives translated 204 files and creates pending orders. Accept, decline, or open details in the EDI grid. The software writes 990s from those decisions. 204 outbound sends shipments to your carrier. 997 acknowledges each transaction. 214 reports status with dates, times, locations, route, and reference numbers.
Rating and onboarding
Carrier onboarding and due diligence sit in one system. Client auto rate ties the rating rules together: per mile, fuel surcharge, per pallet, loaded and unloading detention, handling, shipper-to-consignee freight, state-to-state flats, and extra charges that should hit the invoice without retyping.
Modules truckload offices turn on
Carrier, brokerage options when you cover overflow, container and chassis with late rental charges, pallet tracking, shipment auto-save, flatbed and oversize alerts, freight CRM, driver pay statements, and fuel cards that populate fuel per state and per tractor.
Mobile Com maps Samsara or Motive to your tractors. The same product also serves private fleets, LTL, intermodal, and 3PL desks. Start on truckload. Grow the menu as the office grows.
