TMS overview
EXSPEEDITE is the all-in-one cloud TMS for transportation operations. Less paper, more visibility, and one place for planning, execution, sales, and financial close. The same product covers truckload / FTL, LTL, 3PL, brokerage, private fleets, and intermodal when those modules are on.
Who it serves
Truckload / FTL, LTL, 3PL, brokerage, private fleet, and intermodal on the same cloud TMS. Modules, EDI, and accounting stay on one record. Start where the office is today. Grow the menu as the shop grows.
Entire trailer. Full truckload for one customer. Create FTL loads, see which drivers are available, generate invoices, and take EDI 204 tenders into pending orders.
Less than truckload. Several customer loads on one dispatch. Empty stops or multiple legs. Separate paperwork and check calls per customer load.
Third-party logistics. Cover someone else’s freight without losing the file. Status, billed or not billed, the driver, fuel cost, and location.
Brokerage Board for cover. Carrier Accept for the yes. CheckPoint when the equipment is not yours. The brokerage menu is configurable.
Private and heavy-duty fleets. Order entry, city dispatch, driver pay, fuel tax, maintenance, and reporting on one record.
Gate, Last Free Day, per diem, inbound ETA, container watch, CargoSprint. Same shipment record.
Real-time visibility across the transportation network. Routing that can use pool points when order cycles get short. Cash-flow help from cleaner invoices. A mobile path for drivers. Capacity: plan the load, pick the carrier, see what is actually moving. Sales works the same clients.
From the first order to the last dispatch event. CheckPoint on hired trucks. Samsara or Motive on company units when those connections are on.
PC*Miler, Google Miles, or custom client miles on the same load. Zone filters and CrossDock for city work.
QuickBooks Online REST, Desktop, or Sage Intacct where configured. Client auto rate keeps miles, FSC, pallets, and detention on the bill.
Freight CRM: lead to first load, MailChimp, ZoomInfo, DocuSign. Not a second CRM database.
The office already has trading partners, an accounting package, and a need to know where the truck is. EXSPEEDITE connects those instead of asking you to abandon them.
204 inbound becomes a pending order. Accept, decline, or open details in the EDI grid. 990s from those decisions. 204 outbound to your carrier. 997 acknowledgment. 214 status. Validate before transmit.
Finished invoice to QuickBooks or Sage Intacct. Line items, clients, expenses, drivers, and carriers. Auto approve and print where the office turns Automate on.
Current EXSPEEDITE outside-carrier GPS. We send the load to CheckPoint. Carrier gets a link. Progress comes back on View Load. App at exspeeditecheckpoint.com. Carrier Accept can send it after the yes.
Samsara and Motive on your fleet. PeopleNet and Qualcomm on the legacy list. HOS, inspections, and IFTA trips stay next to the load.
Integrated planning, execution, and financial reconciliation. Order creation through delivery with less rekeying. Multi-party access so partners can take on appointments and bills. A single version of the load. Real-time shipment status. Rights so only the right people and offices see the right freight. Multi-company and multi-office filters keep one desk from seeing another office’s work unless you say so.
Bob Thatcher’s 2024 walk-through list is the same picture: route, fleet, tracking, load planning, invoicing, HOS, and analytics in one sitting. The dedicated pages under Platform are where those pieces live.

Implementation is a partnership, not a box drop. Set-up starts with how the office runs today and how information flows. Developers and trainers stay in the walk-through so the clicks match the desk. Training is on-site, remote, and video. Support continues after Go-Live week, including 3PL workflow work.
EXSPEEDITE onDemand is the monthly cloud path: available over the internet, no extra workstation install, hosting and networking with us. You can also run a multi-user enterprise install. Data stays private. The product is written for small and mid-size carriers that still need McLeod or TMW class control.
