Implementation

Set-up, hosting, training, support.

Set-up starts with how the office runs today. Hosting, training, and support stay with the same team. On-site, remote, and video. Midway’s 2008 Go-Live was a mission-critical enterprise conversion Scott ran, and the method is the same: walk the office through the real clicks.

Set-up

Start with how the business runs today and how information flows. Then draw the new picture. Developers and trainers stay involved so the walk-through matches what the office will actually click. New package or a tool fitted to the company. The services page said both.

EXSPEEDITE onDemand

Software as a service. Available over the internet. No extra install on the workstation. Hosting, hardware, software, and networking stay with us. Monthly service. Data is not sitting on a local PC that can crash or pick up spyware.

Training

On-site, remote, and video. Flexible and specific to the trucking desk, not a generic software class. The goal is a clean hand-off so the office can run the tools.

Support

Help after Go-Live, including 3PL workflow work. Remote hardware and training, travel for Go-Live week, then ongoing consulting as new facets of the software come on. Accessible when something is urgent.

What the 2018 article already listed

Turn-key transportation software, written for the web, covering dispatch, brokerage, accounts payable, accounts receivable, EDI, mobile communications, tractor and trailer repairs and maintenance, tracking, order imports, and driver information with event notification.

Scott Elliott is named on that post. The same implementation pattern shows up in the Midway testimonial: train the staff, set up hardware remotely, then sit onsite for Go-Live week. That proven conversion methodology is an integral part of the 19+ year record of Strong Tower Consulting and Exspeedite.
